Which designer item is your dream purchase?
To be honest, I don’t buy a lot of designer stuff but if I had to choose, probably a Prada handbag. I love the clean and chic design of their bags.
Balenciaga or Balmain?
Balmain!!! I love the unique designs and structure of the clothes, it’s like architectural fashion. Everything from Balmain is so glamorous and flattering!
Where’s been your favourite city that you’ve visited?
Probably Melbourne in Australia. It was like London so I felt at home there. I also had the best hot chocolate ever there!
What is it that makes you follow someone on Looker?
I love dressing up, so I tend to follow people who slay a glamorous or chic outfit. I also follow people who wear stuff that’s in fashion or just casual everyday wear but add their own style to it. Sometimes it’s not what you wear but how you wear it that can totally transform an outfit.
What are your 4 go-to make-up products?
Liquid eyeliner, I wear it almost everyday! Nars concealer to cover-up dark circles around my eyes and blemishes. I love a good mascara, Estee Lauder Sumptuous Infinite mascara is my favourite hands down! It makes your lashes look so long. Also, the HudaBeauty Rose Gold Palette, it’s my favourite eyeshadow palette because it works really well on dark skin and the colours are so pretty.
Which is your favourite high-street store and why?
Zara, definitely Zara! Whenever someone asks me ‘where did you get that from?’, they know I’m going to say ‘Zara’. Their designs are so unique and sophisticated, it’s like affordable high fashion. I love how clean and pure their colours are, it’s so hard to find a white like Zara’s white in any other high street store.
What’s your guilty pleasure?
Keeping Up With the Kardashians. It’s a pointless show but it’s great mindless TV for when I want to switch off. I love seeing how they live, it’s so glamorous! I wouldn’t say they’re the best role models, but I admire how they turned a bad situation into a good one and became successful from it, and they’re also a really strong family. Everyone hates on the Kardashians but let’s face it, they’re living the life a lot of us want!
Current favourite song?
Omarion – Open up, it makes me want to go out clubbing! Anyone who knows me knows that I love dancing. It gets me pumped in the gym as well…although I’m tempted to just dance on the treadmill!
How would you describe your style?
I don’t think I have one specific style. I’m a Gemini so I have ‘lots of personalities’, I have lots of styles ha! Day-to-day I’m very casual, I basically live in leggings, a jumper and trainers. When I go out out, then I’m all about dressing up – usually trousers, culottes or a nice dress and definitely heels. I go for simple neutral colours like white, grey, beige and black, it makes it easier to put different outfits together and they’re chic colours.
What do you always bear in mind when taking an outfit picture?
Lighting is crucial, I find that my iPhone doesn’t take good pictures so I use a professional camera. I’m also really skinny and don’t have much shape so sometimes I’ll stick out a hip or a leg to make an outfit flow nicely and to give an outfit a bit of character.
